Shipping destinations

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Transit and estimated delivery

Standard shipping takes 6–12 business days after dispatch to all four destinations. Allow an estimated 7–14 business days in total for processing and transit. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates; contact us if your order has not arrived within its expected delivery window.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is US$6.97 for orders of US$50 or less. Standard shipping is free for orders over US$50. These rates and thresholds are expressed in United States dollars. If you check out in another supported currency, review the converted shipping charge and order total shown at checkout before paying.

Order assistance

For shipping questions or an address correction, email hello@alderandaure.com with your order number. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch. If an order is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.
